Emergency Lead Notification — On-Call Consent Process
Emergency Lead Notification — On-Call Consent Process The DMF Company operates virtual receptionist services for home services contractors. When an inbound caller reports an emergency (active leak, storm damage, water intrusion, or other urgent property issue), the system sends an SMS notification to the on-call estimator designated by the contractor's management.
Consent is captured as follows:
1. The contractor's management designates specific employees for on-call duty rotation.
2. Each designated employee verbally acknowledges and consents to receive emergency lead SMS notifications at their provided cell phone number as a condition of on-call duty.
3. The contractor's management maintains a record of designated on-call employees and their consenting phone numbers.
4. Phone numbers used for SMS are pre-approved by contractor management and are never collected from members of the public, consumer web forms, or marketing opt-in flows.
5. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to cease receiving messages and be removed from the on-call rotation. Recipients can reply HELP for support. For questions about this consent process, contact: [your contact email]
